  • Return Policy

  • HASSLE FREE RETURNS

    If you purchased the wrong size or a part does not fit you can return the item(s) within 30 days of invoice date. The item(s) must be returned unused, unaltered, or modified in the exact condition it was sent to you.

    Free return shipping on wrong merchandise received or manfacturing defects and damage.

    Please contact us for a RMA number which should be included on the return form.

     

    RETURN MERCHANDISE STEPS:

    1.  Contact us at info@frontiercycle.com for an RMA number.

    2.  Place items in secure packaging in box/bag.

    3. Print and fill out Frontier Cycle Return Form and place in the box/bag.

    4. Send item(s) back to us by which ever shipping provider you choose. (Items which are being sent back by pre-paid return label will be shipped via Fed-Ex).

    5. You will receive a refund to the original form of payment or sent exchange upon us receiving returned item. If exchanging for a different item, place a new order on our website www.frontiercycle.com after receiving refund for returned merchandise.
